About the Shells
Dundino are carved from durable and sustainable Indonesian red mahogany. Mahogany is a lighter weight hardwood, with a reddish tint. It makes for portable instruments which still boast strong projection and range.
About the Hide
Goat skins are what give dundino their vibrant voice. The mediu thick skins are responsive and durable. We take care to find the best hide for the shell to maximise its dynamic range.
