Welcome to our St Kilda Middle Eastern Percussion Classes!

Our classes run on Tuesdays, across 6-week cycles (unless otherwise specified)
Beginners @6.30pm – 8pm AEDT ( Australian Eastern Daylight Time)
Spots are limited, therefore no refunds or credits can be issued if you miss a class.

January 16th:  1st week of cycle
January 23rd:  2nd week of the cycle
January 30th : 3rd week of the cycle
February 6th: 4th week of the cycle
February 13th: 5th week of the cycle
February 20th: 6th week of the cycle

We provide the instruments during class.

Rayan Rawdrum

Darbuka and Riq classes

Rayan Aridi is a multi-instrumentalist in the drums and percussion realm.

Drawing inspiration from his Lebanese Arabic roots, he specialises in cultural music from the Middle East, India, Africa, Latin America and beyond.

Rayan is a well-seasoned touring artist – stage, studio & street performances are his stock and trade.

An enthusiastic and generous teacher, he loves sharing his broad knowledge with new students
