Traditionally called Atoke, these iron forged bells are Ghanaian Ewe instruments.
Holding the same instrumental role as the Agogo, these accompaniment bells are vital as time keepers in an ensemble. Played by craddling in the weaker hand and striking with the dominant hand. They produce different pitches depending on where they’re struck. They also make ideal dunun bells!
Comes with metal striker.
