African Drumming is working within state-specific and national government guidelines and responding appropriately to the requirements that are outlined. Our entire team adhere to these guidelines and have been trained accordingly in our organisation’s safety measures. Our policies will be regularly updated to reflect changes resulting from government announcements.
We are committed to the safety and welfare of children, teachers and staff at all times, and we are manifesting this commitment through strict precautions and preventions, including:
⚪All of our facilitators are fully vaccinated
⚪ We are maximising the use of outdoor spaces as per Government recommendations
⚪ All instruments will be sprayed and disinfected before each session and at the end of each day
⚪ Our facilitators will practise social distancing
⚪ Facilitators will sanitise their hands before entering the grounds and wash their hands frequently throughout the day
⚪ We have a ‘no symptoms’ policy among our facilitators
The above are just several of our safety measures. You can download our full policy here
