We use Australian Post for most items and a courier for over sized items. Orders are dispatched from our premises in Melbourne.

Regular / Parcel Post: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Express Post: Estimated delivery time: A few business days.
Due to Covid, Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery. However, express post remains a faster option than standard delivery.

Standard delivery service for items up to 20kg.

Express Post International
Fast service for items up to 20kg.Estimated delivery time : 3-7 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities.

Plus Sized Items

Plus sized items, such as dundun and Kora, will be sent via courier. These special items need special attention; we’ll work out the cheapest courier option for your location. Email us for inquiries.
