Our friendly and dynamic team is looking for an admin guru with strong experience using WordPress and the full MS Office suite). Our ideal applicant will also offer general admin skills and a vibrant work ethic.
The Admin component includes:
Maintaining Excel based databases (including formulas)
General MS Office skills and work
Fielding customer inquiries across the diverse business channels, including phone, emails and website chat forum
Processing online and phone quotes and orders.
The website design and upkeep component includes:
Updating our WordPress based websites
Maintaining our Ecommerce stores and products
Image management (including light editing work which is easy to learn)
Coordinating the management of web and tech issues with our tech specialists.
