Drumming is something that everyone gets excited about - perfect if you have a guest list with which spans a range of ages and backgrounds, and you want something they will bring them all together.

How are the interactive parties run?

We can make the party as informal or as structured as you like. Essentially we want everyone to have fun and to sound great together - with a little guidance and instruction from our team we can get any group playing West African music! We can also add some African dance and song on request

A typical session runs for about an hour but we can work with any schedule

Where to hold your party?

We are happy to come to you to, or you are welcome to come to our African Studio (252 St Kilda, St Kilda) to host the event.

When we come to you we bring all of the drums and shakers needed to have a great time.

If you come to us we'll have everything needed on hand. You're welcome to hire our Studio for some additional time for drinks and cake after the workshop. We have a kitchenette and trestle tables for your use and the kids always love looking around the interesting instruments and art we have
