Dunun Workshops

Tap into to the heart of West African rhythms and explore the dunun! These drums are at the core of traditional ensembles - a true understanding of this music really starts with the dunun.

If you're already a djembefola, playing the dununs will improve your timing, soloing skills and your ability to listen to the ensemble

Our workshops will develop your ability to navigate polyrhythms, improve your hand independence - and it's also great fun to let loose on a big drum!

Dexterity Workshops

If you struggle to nail a 7 stroke roll or not sure you can flam both ways, then we can help!

The best and quickest way to break through your handing dominance and really free up your technique is via rudiments: exercises designed to test your dexterity and find (then massage out) that rhythmic gristle blocking your musical expression

Book your spot to find out which rudiments are good for you, when to put them to use and experience just how much they can open up your playing
