The Invigorator

A great cure for 'death-by-powerpoint' or 'post-lunch seminar-blues', The Invigorator is a high energy, fun-filled sessions designed to blast away fatigue and leave your team buzzing.

Duration: 15 to 25 minutes.
Outcome: Smiling, refreshed and energised participants.
When to use: After lunch during seminars, at end-of-year celebrations and staff appreciation days or to kick start a conference or seminar.

The Unifyer

During The Unifyer we use simple musical concepts to explore the importance of working together and listening to one another. Participants focus on developing rapport and cooperation by perfecting an African Musical arrangement. Groups work together on tasks that illustrate and test their abilities to work harmoniously and effectively with one another.

Duration: 40 to 60 minutes.
Outcome: Increased self-esteem, group bonding, improved understanding of principles of teamwork and leadership, enhanced cooperation.
When to use: Team building, mid-conference, any time people meet.

The Synergiser

The complete package — designed to fully develop and define the team building metaphors inherent in musical performance. Following a fun warm up we divide the group into teams with individual responsibilities, highlighting the different roles in a business structure. Participants experience the power of group synergy when they come together to create compositions using a variety of instruments.

Duration: 90 to 120 minutes.
Outcome: Increased self-esteem, group bonding, improved understanding of principles of teamwork and leadership, enhanced cooperation.
When to use: Team building, mid-conference, any time people meet.

Song & Dance Spectacular

To really lift the energy of your event and excite your team, we offer a high impact drum and dance display before, during, or after your main team building event.

Duration: 5 to 30 minutes.
Outcome: Energised atmosphere.
When to use: Opening, parties, celebrations.

Cost

$10-50 per head depending on total numbers and travel time from Melbourne.
Minimum cost for a 45-60 minute session is $500 + GST .

Logistics

• Can cater for up to 2000 people
• Includes a minimum of two facilitators plus traditional African drums, bells and shakers.

Normally, we travel to you, however, your company can come to our Cultural Centre in St Kilda and be inspired by and feel part of a genuine African environment.
