Drum Making Workshop with Mady Keita
Just pay for the cost of the drum - Awesome deal huh!
Mady has been honing his craft for 30 years. His sensibility with skins and wood, and patience in tensioning the drum reflect themselves in beautifully finished, but more importantly wonderfully sounding drums.
Choose your own shell from Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Mali or Ghana. Pick a skin, your preference in ropes and learn how to skin your djembe from the top.
Workshop includes: treating the wood, sanding, roping, skinning and cranking.
Limited space so bookings required.
