Drumming Trips to AfricaJoin Tuza and Simon in Ghana during January and February 2009 for a once in a lifetime opportunity that will open your eyes, ears and spirit to the music and culture of West Africa.

The four-week study tour will take you into the heart of Africa's traditional rhythms, dances and songs, helping you to develop your skills under the guidance of local drum and dance masters.

You can take part in live performances during the tour and participate in some incredible festivals and ceremonies. This adventure will allow you to experience the lifestyles and customs of the Ghanaian people first hand as you live side by side with them in their community.

Learning Djembe in GhanaDeparture Date Sat 3rd Jan , arriving Accra Sun afternoon.

Flights leave from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

We will all meet and connect in Dubai for our flight to Ghana.

Returning from Accra 31st January, arriving in Oz the morning 2nd February.

The complete cost which includes tuition, accommodation, three meals a day and an amazing entertainment package is $3500.

Additional costs may include: Visa(s), purified water, laundry services, drum purchase (from US$80 a drum) and personal travel and shopping expenses.
